However, many students lack clear exposure to career pathways or the guidance needed to align their interests, abilities, and opportunities.  YoumaX supports students in Grades

9 through 12 by strengthening communication skills, increasing awareness of career options, and helping them connect academic efforts to real-world outcomes. This stage focuses on readiness—ensuring students graduate with a clearer sense of direction, practical skills, and the confidence to pursue meaningful next steps.
