Mentoring
Having a support system and/or mentor can perhaps have the most impact on the development and motivation for a student.
High school is a critical period where students’ future paths are being forged. YoumaX mentoring supports students in grades 9–12 by strengthening academic performance, building communication skills, and helping them make informed decisions about college, a vocation, careers, and workforce opportunities.
Through consistent guidance and real-world exposure, students gain clarity, confidence, and direction—connecting their education to meaningful next steps. Mentorship during these years helps ensure students graduate not only prepared, but positioned for long-term success.
